The
Waddell Manufacturing company began operations in 1879 in
Grand Rapids, Michigan. It was started as a manufacturer
of wood products committed to the finest quality and old
world craftsmanship. Early product categories included: mouldings,
turnings, carvings, fretwork and custom-milled products that
were available to professional craftsmen, distributors and
oem manufacturers. |
Over
the last century and with assistance from our customers,
we have evolved to become a full line supplier of many fine
do-it-yourself,
home décor and craft product lines.
Waddell's focus on wood products has provided for growth
into categories such as: dowels and accessories, furniture
legs and components, shelving and storage, and our Phoenix
Millwork line of victorian trim and decorative brackets.
Our products can be found in home centers, hardware stores,
craft retailers and distributors worldwide.
Today,
the Waddell Manufacturing Company maintains its commitment
to the finest quality and craftsmanship while continuing
to innovate. Utilizing technology, we have integrated metal,
plastic, and other composite materials into our product lines
while expanding our services to include: product design,
custom manufacturing, private labeling, and specialized distribution.
Waddell's operations have continued to grow and now are executed
on a worldwide basis to take advantage of today's global
marketplace. These factors, coupled with over a century of
experience, have made Waddell a success with our many business
partners.
